INNUA operates under a representative structure of organization and governance designed to ensure that end-user members’ needs and concerns are in constant focus.
INNUA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of trustees chosen from the end user membership. The work of the Board is to serve as trustees for the Members in determining and demanding appropriate organizational performance.
THE CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is currently comprised of a President, Vice President/President Elect, Treasurer/Secretary and nine directors. These positions are slated by the INNUA Nominations Committee and approved by the end-user membership. The Executive Director serves as a member of the Board in an ex-officio role.
