What is INNUA?
INNUA is the International Nortel Networks Users Association, an international non-profit association. INNUA is one of the communications industry's largest and most progressive user groups, with members and chapters all over the world. INNUA and its affiliated chapters deliver education, product knowledge, and professional contacts to end users at all levels of experience and expertise. Special interest groups, industry and product focus groups, chapter meetings and the international conference all provide forums for INNUA members to network and learn what's at the forefront of the industry.

Who governs INNUA?
INNUA is governed by a member elected board of directors consisting of nine directors, a president, a vice president, and a treasurer-secretary. The executive director is a non-voting member of the board. INNUA is an independent, autonomous association that is not controlled or managed in any way by Nortel.
How is INNUA funded?
INNUA's funding comes from the annual conference registration and exhibit fees, advertising, membership dues, interest income and miscellaneous revenues. INNUA does not receive any direct funding from Nortel.
How do I join?
To join INNUA, simply complete the online application. After becoming a member of INNUA, you are entitled to receive member benefits from INNUA and the local chapters.
How much are membership dues?
Member dues are $100 for end-users and $200 for associates.
