Overview
The EMEA Contact Center SIG provides opportunities for networking and sharing telecommunications knowledge and concerns with INNUA members employed in the EMEA Contact Center industry. The SIG facilitates the sharing of information and it provides an open forum for developing solutions and practices. The SIG becomes a primary source of information about Nortel Networks products used within the EMEA Contact Center industry and findings are published and discussed on the EMEA Contact Center SIG discussion forum.
