Understanding the impact that product and component lifecycles have on your installed SL-100 or CS 2100 system is a critical factor in effective system management At the INSIGHT 100 conference, Nortel's dedicated large enterprise engineering team will be providing custom analyses of the installed systems for each INSIGHT 100 member. During the SIG session, Clinton McDaniel from Nortel and his team will discuss what this analysis will include and will arrange one-on-one meetings to be held throughout the event.
Don't miss this opportunity to walk through your entire installation to assess the impact of any manufacture discontinued (MD) and end of life (EOL) components and to review upgrade strategies.

This session will provide an introduction to the CS 2100 solution.
Designed for attendeces with a working knowledge of the CS 1000 product, this workshop will include information on the product, associated applications and types of enterprise implementations well suited to the solution.
In addition, INSIGHT 100 inc will give an overview of its user group organization, mission and activities.
