The International Nortel Networks Users Association (INNUA) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for INNUA.

Information Collected

INNUA gathers three types of information about users:

• Data that users provide through site registration and participation in optional surveys.
• Aggregated tracking data provided by server logs. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information and to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. Our server logs may also collect information about the URL which referred you to INNUA as well as which pages receive the most traffic. This information helps us offer personalized information to users and to better tailor our future content to users’ needs.
• Registration forms. Our site uses forms so that customers can register for INNUA events. We collect site visitors’ personal contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number). Contact information is used for administrative purposes. Users who register for an INNUA event may receive notification of other upcoming events or promotions that may be of interest. Financial information collected is used only to bill the user for products and services ordered.

Information Provided to Third Parties

INNUA may provide aggregated demographic and site usage information to third parties such as site sponsors. INNUA does send email on behalf of vendors of interest for Nortel Networks Users to the membership. INNUA provides limited information from registration forms to INNUA vendor members at the conclusion of each INNUA event as follows: Registrant name, company, city and state/province and country only.

Public Forums

INNUA makes discussion forums available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. Participation in the discussion forums is contingent upon your agreement to the RULES OF CONDUCT for those areas.
